so what are some warning signs not to date someone?ok ok i do know by now but im going to be a lil smart ass here and make a comment.
ive not even been talking to this guy for a week and im not into him that way at all and he wants to talk on the phone.. geez in a hurry buddy? i ask this becuase he doesnt ever say more then 2 words to me

maybe he is not the best at typing? I know some people like that actually. With all due respect, it is difficult to understand true dialogue in typing. Maybe it's sincere? How bad will a phone call really hurt?

I really don't think it's a good idea to give your phone number out to quickly.

I really don't think it's a good idea to give your phone number out to quickly. I agree with that, I always respect the comfort level and offer the woman my phone to call me at her ease. Block the number or go to a phone booth if your that insecure of it.. |

If he really wants to talk to you, I would think the more appropriate thing would be for him to give you his phone number instead. With his number, you could always call him on a pay phone in order to protect both your cell phone number and home number.
Also, if he is really interested in you why not tell him you are not quite comfortable giving out your number yet? If he cares, he should understand and continue to communicate with you by other means until that time comes. That is what first came to mind for me
