On my 50th I hit Pinnacle Mountain here in Arkansas and went up and down in 42 mins. (not even tryin' hard); I ran a 10K 3 - 5 times a week in a local park; 20 ft. from my office I had a personal gym and trained every other day. Then I got injured for a year and a half, couldn't walk 2 blocks, couldn't hold a job, and turned to mush. Cigarettes didn't bother me until I had to quit pumping the heart and lungs. Got bad awful very quickly and cost me about $150 a month. Awful habit. Now I get to invest that money in bourbon!

"What happened to Bob?" "He was in great shape, ate right, walked to work everyday....and just died of natural causes"

Okay, have to go dark. Blaming Brian. My favorite response when someone asks me how someone died is "They stopped breathing!" Sorry, learned the line from my dad and used it after he passed away. Gallows humor runs in the family.
