Thanks to everybody as I've decided to do both with my friends help for 1000. I can refi at 4.8% with 5K for improvements and $4K for Disney World, Aquarium, Museums, Zoo, Amusement park, and touring rest of Florida for two weeks this summer with $100 lower mortgage til up for sale in 6 to 12 months. I know, probably move into vacation house in Florida with all the single babes   .

Got a question for ya: Which would you rather have, a downstairs 1/2 bath or garage you can park your SUV or full size sedan in? My house is a Bi-level so gotta go upstairs to use the bathroom and built in garage has dual 8*7 doors which SUV or sedan won't fit through unless move side mirrors in (code was changed to a 9*7 after house was built). Thanks for any input:). garage, just put a bucket and a sponge in it(1/2 bath) |
