I know there is a reason I live here. I am not really sure what it is at the moment though. 15 degrees below zero at night and a high of zero degrees for the next few days until our heat wave of 5 degrees for a high. Where is that frozen genitals emoticon? What keeps you where you are?

Oregon..tends to be pretty sedate.. if you don't include the flooding, landslides, tsunami warnings and an occasional mountain blowing up.
I'm leaving all that to go to your part of the country at O' dark thirty tomorrow morning. To visit with a very sweet young woman from here on JSH. Right now I'm toasty warm and thinking of opening a window. Where I'm headed says it feels like 6°. So either I'm temporarily insane... or she's pretty special. I have not bludgeoned anyone to death with a hammer, in a few weeks..so I think I'm pretty sane today. So she must be special. If it turns out she isn't.. I wonder if hammers are allowed in carry on? |
