I woke to "THIS" this morning and I have had about 10 in the PAST, Beware of THIS style of letter and very cute faces asking YOU to write them at an OUTSIDE ADDRESS. Its been about 9 months since I have seen any of these show up!! Hello my friend! Can i call you “my friend”? I wished to be presented to the beginnings, my name - XXXXXXX, me of 29 y.o.. I write to you with the purpose for creation of strong attitudes and marriage. I think, that you the interesting person. I would like to learn and understand you. I think, that it will be easier, if we can correspond with each other by mail. I think, that it is a unique and easy way what to learn and understand each other. I would goto the sender and report it as spam....there should be a button...... I think its the abuse button?

  I also reported her and this was a REAL letter to me by a very young and beautiful lady!!! I couldn't post her pic, or her name...

ive had that happen 2 months ago i notice the guy couldnt spell and kept telling me he lived here in ga near me. he wa really from london tried to tell me he lost his wife in a car accident,that he was in love with me... i told him he was a scammer he got an attitude and wont talk to me. ive seen him on other sdites too. had another one the other day again saying he lives in fla but is in africa at the moment and is buying antiwues and wants to marry me. what the hell! i dont even know these guys!

 yeah hes right i been gettin those and they are coming out of africia . i think africia should be banned from internet connections with us locals those people are full of ****i am trying to figure a way to block emails from there but no shuch luck gopnna put some kinda block in my internet spam blocker,most of them come though yahoo so now i do not even connect my main email with yahoo, few do not even own computers so one way to sto is ban the internet cafe shops from us connections that would reduce the flow of scams

Yeah, I had one of those last night, except she said she had seen my "structure" -- I don't even know what that means, but it can't be good.
But I still see items on the news about people who have fallen for the Nigerian scam again -- ten years after the whole world knew it was bogus -- so I guess you can't blame them for trying. There's something to be said for persistence -- it's really, really annoying. |

You can tell buy the style of the sentences that English is not this persons native language. The words are correct but it is not the way someone who knows English well would talk. This is not necessarily bad, depending on what you are looking for but it is a hint to be careful.

I had gotten one of those letters myself,from some russian girl
it was poorly written,she made no sense then she mentioned something that scared the hell outta me it was the word "marriage".I knew right there that this was some crazy scam these people keep trying...i just delete them,i dont even read that crap.My advice is...if yur gonna scam a 33 yr old man dont put the word marriage & kids in the same sentence!!!. |

 I just wanted to show this as to make folks here aware that they happen and some say like Lex had,,,STRUCTURE, I've had two of them. But its no biggie just block them but SOME might think their real and need your help...DON'T!!

go to 419baiter.com - someone actually baits these scammers into long email conversations before reporting them. Myspace actually has about 5 or 6 sites that show all the pictures that these nigerian scammers use. They go to modeling sites and use those photos. one mistake they commonly use is they keep using the same email address mostly on yahoo and hotmail. Google it with the word scam next to it - usually you will find many pages on them with info on all the states - plus if you search by photo - it will list all the email address claiming to be that person. The myspace sites have streaming pictures and you can stop on the ones that look familiar.
I just turned another one in last night! They must only have a few stories memorized since they keep using the same ones!
