Where would you rather live ,, a small town or a large city

I grew up in a town of 800 people...but I am much happier in a large city.

I grew up in a town of 800 people...but I am much happier in a large city. that is about the size of where I live and I like the small towns because people are much closer and you can usually have more friends , but that is my opinion , I have lived in large cities like St louis , Missouri and did not like it ,,,,

small town.. im bout as small town as they get!!! hate the city.. not so good with the... people.. lol

I agree. I go home every chance I get because the people there are amazing. But, the city just offers you so much a tiny town doesn't. Plus, come fall it is nice not having to drive behind the tractors.

Big city......there seems to be more events, venues, places to go.......small towns you stare at cows

The perfect world was where I just moved from. Population of about 200, drive 15 miles and your in the city.

Large city... I came from a small town of 7,000 and although the people were nice, the job situation was not. Besides I am like a moth to the city lights, there is so much more to do in the city. I've moved to a city that is amost a million strong & what a difference. I love it. And since I'm a people person, meeting & chatting with people comes easy. Now if I can only find a single woman who shares the same interests... And the beat goes on...

Maybe it's my inner hobbit talking but I'd rather be in a small town with as little adventures as possible... ...I also live in a hole in the ground. (Seriously, an underground house)

I'll take the large city ... PLEASE ! I hate living in the boondocks . I love/miss being able to get ANYTHING 24 hours a day . I love/miss the noise and the crowds of a big city .... I miss the employment oppurtunities !

i live in a large city (San Antonio TX) people are always in a hurry and rude rather live in a small town
