I have always thought my attraction was due to my father being career military so that is all I knew.

because it makes them look more manly and in the simplest most subconcious reverted-back-to-cavemen-times way women are attracted to the manlier, more rugged specimens, i.e. the military man.

The funny thing - our dress pants hike up past our hip bones and they're tightened in the back with laces like corsets... a little uncomfortable on the twins but preeeeetty revealing to those who are interested.
