I disagree with the dream recall part.
if this is true, then it means that men naturally maintain a alpha brainwave state longer than women hence the better dream recall. Interesting, but over all this study was retarded. Any fool could tell you that sleep alone is better. Why no conduct a study on sleep quality with couples where one snores loudly all night? Because we already know the answer. |
