He traveled from Idaho to Baltimore and I traveled from NY to Baltimore....................and then from NY to Idaho to spend Thanksgiving with him and his family. oh that trip from NY to Idaho was 2,557 miles give or take a mile!!

If it was worth it.. and by it I mean the relationship/friendship.. I wouldn't be opposed to a good 1000 mile drive or so. At lot of variables go into a good meeting/relationship but distance isn't huge to me to let something possibly fall through the cracks..

I would have to say that I would be kinda creeped out if some guy from across the country wanted to fly over to meet me... in the neighborhood is fine, but too much effort for a first time meeting would not be a good thing for me.

If I was meeting the person for the first time I think we should meet half way inbetween where we are located. If I went to his hometown or he came to mine I dont think you would be comfortable. Meet in a neutral place half way to each other.

would you travel to meet someone? I've already told someone that I would travel 833 miles to meet them for lunch. You're just too far away, Prncs. I'd sure 'nuff meet you half way though - in distance, too.
