The Godhead is of three, the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, all 3 being God.
I and my Father are one, said the Lord Jesus.
God is a spirit, those that worship God must worship Him in the spirit and truth.
Jesus is the express image of God.
The worlds were made by Jesus, and without Him nothing was made that was made.
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.
And the Word became flesh and dwelt amoung us.
Doubting Thomas said without rebuke, to Jesus after the resurrection, My Lord and my God!

I could go on with a few of these but I can't be bothered with that many quotes, but as has been said through the heart will get him quicker...personally I don't care about cooking. Anyhow on topic...Hasn't this been explained time and time again already?

If you stop and think about this though, isn’t this the epitome of egocentricity in a religion?

It seems that this religion is more concerned with the attitude of telling all other religions that they are wrong, and in the end they’ll all come around to this way of thinking whether they like it or not.

It is this arrogant nature of Christianity that places it in the spotlight. It claims to be the only correct philosophy. You ask what grade Rabbit’s in, but doesn’t Chrsitianity itself seem like a kindergarten mentality philosophy?

It sure does to me. Why should God have such a big ego? Why should God be so concerned with sticking out his tongue and telling people, “I told you so”?

Why should the creator of this universe be playing grade-school egotistical games with humanity?

It makes no sense to me.

Can God grow up? Is that possible? Or will he always have this kind of immature egotistical nature?

Christianity seems to be all about the ego, and saying “I told you so! Nah nah, nah nah, nah!”

This kind of rhetoric just turns me off to it all the more. It just makes it look like a childish game of playing hide and seek. The idea of a God that plays hides and seek seems redundant.

Why should anyone have to guess which philosophy, if any, represents the real God of this universe.

To say that people who don’t believe in any particular mythology are “turning away from God” on purpose and knowingly is utterly absurd. If God is going to make the whole frigg’in thing a guessing game then he certainly has no right pointing fingers at those who guess wrong.

Especially in light of the fact that in order to believe in the Bible you have to denounce the truth of reality. You have to denounce things that we know are true about this universe.

Not only would such a God be playing immature guessing games but he would have loaded the game with erroneous information so that the more educated people would quite naturally guess “wrong”.

Wouldn’t that be a form of fraud? Or lying? If the Bible is correct than God is less than honest! Because the Biblical account of this world does not match up with what the world is really like!

Such a God would be “cheating” at the game. To point fingers at the people who didn’t believe in his book after the game is over would be meaningless, because God was cheating all along. He wrote a story that didn’t match up with the world he created. He planted false evidence.

If this universe isn’t about 14 billion years old then God cheated. Because he made it look that way unequivocally. It’s impossible for the universe to be any younger than 14 billion years because light could not have traveled to our eyes from distant galaxies. Therefore, God would have had to cheat, leaving his whole game an empty meaningless joke. He would be a deceitful God. With a huge ego to boot! Sounds more like a demon than a God to me.

King of Kings is the wrong title for such a God. Joker of Jokers would be a more fitting title.

Or it makes him sound like a Mob Boss

Both can be a continueous stream of words, but the first one seems much better at actual communication.
