Ok i know this is a strange place to post but *shrugs* here it goes. Why is it EVERY freaken diet commercial says their pill, method, what ever is "clinicaly proven" to help you loose weight?? Come on.... The only proven way to loose weight is a tape worm (NOT recomended!) or Diet + Excercise!! Granted there area alot of people whom eat and dont work out an still look like models but or us reg people.... yeah... PLEASE for the luv of Buddah, Stop saying something is Clinicaly proven!!! Unless you can put 10,000,000,000 people in a room and give them the pill/drink and let them keep their Regular diet and loose weight by just this product DONT say its Clinicaly PROVEN!

Clinically proven could mean that it was tested on two people for one week. It means nothing

It means they paid some people to come in and test their product and some lost some weight.I dont do pills and even the ones on tv recomend you see a dr before embarking on a diet program.Its sad because there are a lot of desperate overweight people out there who want a magic cure.I have always like Richard Simmns approach and I am enthusiastic about the new show"how to look good naked" because it promotes self esteem.

Darn. I haven't ate dirt since I was a kid-certainly there is another way! I forbid anyone to say diet and exercise-I am allergic to that. LOL!

every diet that has been put out on the market has failed..
you cant open up the television in the morning without seeing some info-mercialabout this new wonderdrug.or that newworkout diet... the only thing that truely works for anyone..anyone who wished to get back to being slim and staying slim..is CARBS!!! i know that carbs is found in almost every food known to man..and carborated foods is what gives people energy to live out thier daily lives...moderation..and not nessasserily joining a gym,but staying active is what works..and trying to lay off the sugers and the carbs |

i do have a clinically proven diet..have an 18 month old granddaughter move in w/you...i've lost 22 lbs since she came 2 months ago...i just eat what she leaves on her tiny little plate while i'm feeding her and after she goes to bed and i'm hungry...i'm just too tired to care...lol...and tell myself i'll eat tomorrow...and i stopped snacking at work, but i eat whatever i want for lunch...junk or healthy...whatever my mood is

I think small meals, no soda and lots of sex is a good way to loose weight. I have the first two covered the last one - not so much.

It's honestly simple people.. i am gonna give ya something basic. run with it or not lol. you want more knowledge reasearch or come visit me at my office lol..
macrobolic nutrution.. 45% carbs 35% protein 20% fats you need carbs, or you will burn ATP(muscle enegry) you can do a low carb diet but you will experince high cholest. and possibly an increase in body fat.. your choice too make.. 5-6 small meals a day.. clean food! cardio low impact at target heart rate. weight training burns more calories then cardio.. and now ladies you will not gain muscle if you do the right weeight training.. just the basics.. if you really wanna know more just shoot me an email i'll be more than glad to help you with a weight loss/ or muscle mass diets and routines and any questions you have. |
