Im so excited! I love it! Can't wait for it to go through the motions so I have the true forever colors (not the red puffy stuff). Santana did an awesome job. Theres pics in my profile of the photo he did it from as well as the new ink. Go, look, love it. I do!

Yea and its kind of funny, when I got home and took a pic of it last night, there was clearly an "S" in the lower part of the green. Santanas tag =) But today I cant see it, so he either used temp ink, or the green came through so dark it covered it. Either way I dont care, hes a good friend and great artist and I LOVE my new ink.

Just a little background for those of you who arent usually here at night when I come to life. Thhe original photo is a picture I took of my own eye. The treble clef is a tribute to my life, which is totally saturated in music. I deal with bands, venues and music defines my soul. I went with a bright green because I like colors
Im going to go back after it heals and have some detail added to the colored part of my eye. |

WHAT SIZE IS IT? |

NICE INK WORK WHAT SIZE IS IT? Theres actually a pic in my profile from further back, so you can see the size. Its pretty decent. Feedback is that its a little creepy walking up behind me, which was the point. =) |

I THINK IT ROCKS, NOT CREEPY AT ALL, LOVE THE UNIQUENESS OF IT.
I HAVE MY DAUGHTERS EYES (WHEN SHE WAS YOUNG) INKED ON MYSELF AS WELL BUT A LOT SMALLER. LOVE THE CLEF SIGN, PRETTY SMART |

Yea I have this huge idea to dedicate to my kids. I love dragons, I want a big gentle looking dragon looking over her shoulder and have the images of my kids from the back looking up at her. SO it looks like someone took the pic of the kids looking at momma. =) that would have to a full back piece though. For now Im thinking of getting all of our astrological symblols interlinked into a triangle, with mine at the top, my sons on the left, cause hes left handed and my daughters of the right. My tats have to mean something, it just makes sense.

I AGREE. MY VERY FIRST ONE WAS WHEN I WAS STILL YOUNG AND BEAUTIFUL, GOT THE BASIC ROSE AND MY DAUGHTERS NAME. THIS MADE ME THE REBEL IN MY FAMILY, NO ONE SPORTS INK. THE ROSE IS MY MOMS NAME ROSE. SO I THOUGHT IT WAS LIKE A MEMORIAL TO THEM, THEN FOUND MYSELF GETTING JUST ONE MORE, JUST ONE MORE.. LOL NOW I HAVE 6 - WELL ONE IS A COVER UP BUT ALL STRATEGICALLY PLACED THAT MY WORK ENVIRONMENT IS NOT ANY WISER.
NOW WORKING W/MY BROTHER (HE DRAWS) ON A SIDE PIECE, WANT MY LEFTSIDE RIB CAGE, TO HAVE A DRAGON APPEARING TO COME FROM INSIDE OF ME BREAKING OUT, BUT DONT WANT YOUR TYPICAL ONE, SO GETTING LOTS OF IDEAS. |

Cool!! Although I've considered getting a second one, it's not likely it will happen since the guy that did mine lives in Michigan and I have no clue where he is.

Nothing wrong with going to someone else Romatic. We have so many incredible artists here, its hard to stick with just one. And most of them are friends of mine which makes it even harder. Im designing my next one now....these things are addictive.

That's great for you. I could never get a tattoo. It's too permanent.

Yea peircings are a little better way to express. Of course I have a few of those too. But I figure I only get one shot at this life, this time around. Might as well live it up and leave with no regrets! Self expression is huge to me, and this is one way I can express.
