There was not a better way to win, I'll give that much. Pitching front to back is far better. Good pitching beats good hitting. I am just happy to be in boston sports ,everyones doing well. |

I think both the 2004 and 2007 teams are amazing. Both teams have their stregths and weaknesses. I think next season will be interesting with who they sign and who they let go. GO SOX! |

Sorry, I'm a fan of the other Sox. You know, the ones that win a World Series within one year of your Sox. 1917 White Sox, 1918 Red Sox, 2004 Red Sox, 2005 White Sox, 2007 Red Sox....guess that means my Sox are going to win this year

Okay, I lied, can't just say one word when it comes to the Sox. I'm slightly obsessed!   
'04 was the most amazing sports accomplishment of all time with the Sox coming back to beat our arch enemy in grand fashion for the ALCS. The Series sweep was the icing on the cake to finally break the 86 yr curse. The entire chemistry of that team was phenomenal. '07 brings us another championship and I gotta say that I called it out of the gate, knew looking at our roster that we had what it took. I think that we had a more talented core group of players in '07 with greater depth from the minors, though I'm not conceding that it made for a better TEAM than the '04 squad. So in other words...I can't decide!!!  I love both teams too much to say which is better!
