Happiness is a goal everyone wants to achieve. How to get that result is up to the individual.

Is anyone really happy when you look what is happening in the world today, the wars raging in so many places, extreme weather events and the concerns of climate change. More close to home, and things we can do, I think happiness is a goal, and we are all different on what makes us happy. At least if we are not unhappy we are on a winner in my opinion.

Depends on your point of view. After all, Sunday Dinners are not Sunny and Easter Feast are just bad luck; when you view them from the view point of a Chicken or a Duck.
