HOW DO I CREATE A FORUM?

You don't "create" a forum. You post in them.

1-Go to the forum you want to post in and click on that. 2- In the upper right hand corner find and click on “new topic”. 3- Write in the long box what your forum topic is then below that in the “message” area write your message and after that you can post it.
