life is not a bed of roses Life isn't, yes true but we can make it a bed of roses by doing the positive things you like, by surrounding yourself amidst motivated people, by stepping away from negative people n environments which drain you down. Most important is, whatever you think or tell yourself matters alot. Try telling yourself each day that life is a bed of roses and I'm going to enjoy it n keep noting the changes you and your body feels Stay motivated!
