Hey what's up everyone happy new year to eveyone. I just had a question for everyone. Since its 2008 I'm starting to think that online dating is not working out for me, because my luck has not been to great lol where would be other solutions in to finding a nice girl ?

I'm thinking the same thing, my only problem is that I am slightly anti-social and very shy. I am actually starting on Tuesday at a pet adoption place volunteering to meet people. I would consider volunteering if you have the time.

I am thinking you need to spend more time in forums, meet people email them, and move on at a comfortable pace for the both of you. Rome wasn't built in a day....

Yeah, the forums make a huge difference. Personally speaking, that's how I met the guy I've been seeing. Wouldn't have met him otherwise.

I do think it is hopeless to online dating I never had any luck with it either.

I only go in the forums for online friends, no one in my area goes in forums that I have noticed so far. I know for me, I will not ever go for a long distance relationship.

yeah I don't know guess I could try the forums we'll see I have met 2 girls online and they both pretty much played me lol so, thats why I'm asking all you guys I appricate everyone talking to me

I have decided no matter where I live..the really interesting people live at least 500miles away.

I know of people who have gotten married after meeting online. Os it can work, dont know if its for everyone thought...
As far as I am concerned all that online dating does for you is put you in a pool with other folks that are looking and eliminate the initial face to face contact that some people are afraid of.

There are lots of really nice men and women out there and like you I am having trouble finding them or them me..lol.. but I know they are there and love does not happen over night.. I found my late husband on here almost 10 years ago and I know lots of people who have done the same thing.. If you want a good one.. don't give up, have patience and keep looking.. we are out there you just gotta find us ..
