Attempting to run 5-6 hours in 4th May trail in Waikato soon . Last one I used gels and puked and couldn’t eat Need clean ideas for energy |

There are times when you RUN a Marathon and wonder Why am I doing this ? But you take a drink of water and during the next bend you get your wind back . But remember the FINISH LINE . All the best for Second Attempt !!!

First nessessity for long distance running is : 'titanium shaped joints' :-) That's the one thing you cannot 'train', that's the thing you got genetically... or not. :-) |
