Well, it's all there. Good, clear pictures. You could smile more for this, but it's alright. Brief, descriptive and welcoming blurb. I'd rate it the full 10 out of 10. Good job!

It would help if you smile in your profile picture. It looks like you are a family man so that is a bonus for many.

Thank you for the rate. I think the smiling issue is too many years in the military. I do smile, but I'm not a picture guy, so finding "good ones" can be challenging. -Rob
