SparklingCrystal is right; you still need to fill in the information. Nice photo, though. Shirt and tie is always a good idea. Maybe if you had a brighter picture--not so shadowy and more of a smile would help. But again, nice photo, and I find many people don't even read the profile, so you should be fine. So, for good (not great) photo and completely lacking helpful information, I rate it 5/10.
