Some on YouTube channels complain about homeowners' insurance going up. It would be worse. Consider downtown Tokyo--commercial insurance companies now have a clause in their policies that any and all damage specifically caused by monsters (i.e., Godzilla and others) are not covered. They're not stupid. :smile:

maybe you should look up a couple of definition in law like blacks law (human) see Monster..

Godzilla is fictional but Homeowners Insurance has increased is definitely real.
Some States taxes in USA are outrageous.

Year 2024 many peoples taxes will increase.
