If Only for a Moment
She purposely left the image of her breath on the window She knew it would disappear in a matter of minutes but wondered if only for a moment those few minutes could be the lifetime her soul desperately needed Nothing good last forever yet everything painful never leaves She sighed and left her longing on the window foolishly believing that time played the music the rain and her soul danced to Death was as eerily silent as the morning light hidden behind the clouds an empty feeling filled with more emotions than love could ever speak She sighed and missed him as the image of her breath reminded her that she was still alive |
