Women would be valued for their specific needs and physiological makeup
They would get time off work for monthly cycles

But no, equality in modernity is about market competition making women compete with men on mens terms - hence a scammy false equality and the result is a breakdown of normative relationships and family as we currently are witnessing

Market competition is driven by ostensibly masculine characteristics

Theres no money to be made in kindness mercy or spiritual strength
So women are forced to compete on masculine characteristics and men not required to integrate any feminine

This is the overarching imbalance within contemporary gender based ideology

Notice mens weaknesses don't enter the conversation
Proving gender ideology is rigged in masculine favour and men become the yardstick or the peak archetype attainment
That's the scam

Here in the UK, which professes to have equality and equal rights, the difference is still seen and felt in the wages department, even though a man and woman do the same job, like in media or television, there's still a fair gap, between the wages of a man and a woman who both do the SAME job....

So even if somethings claims to have equality you have to look deeply if the statements are true...

I would say the only difference to this is at the lower end end of the pay scale, here both are on the same rate, and maybe that too is mostly due to a national minimum hourly wage limit, rather than equality...

Many corporate and government institutes are still what I'd call "The old boys network" like the BBC... But please... Don't get me started on that...

I think the trouble is some feminists go OTT with equality, I’m all for it but there has to be balance.
When Russia goes to war with Europe let’s strike a deal with Russia so that both sides send 50% women.
You either have total equality or you understand that it’s just not possible and both sexes need to respect each others strengths and weaknesses.
