feeling just great , as we started our second to last long weekend of the year today.....and for once the weather is bright and sunny and dry for a change...and soon Fall will be on us , the absolutely best season of any given year .....

It feels... good to be focusing on something else than painting. I have to mow the lawn for which I first have to cut away hard weeds that persistently grow in it. I still cannot get on my knees due to my knee injury so that's going to be difficult. And I got a wash going that I intend to dry outdoors when it's done :) After that I will paint again, haha.

I am feeling totally hungry as I did not avail of the usual fabulous Sunday brunch.....wait a second .....there was no brunch prepared as I am guessing its the long weekend.....Anyway , I still feel hungry...

Feeling... fuzzy in my head after the cranial-facial treatment, phew. Going to take it easy. Coffee, bit of painting, yawning a lot, easy dinner.

Feeling... a little sad that summer is over... We had 2 lovely summery days, but what awaits us now are colder temperatures and rain. I'd secretly hoped for a long summer and nice weather for at least another month!

Feeling a bit on the sad side now that summer is over , the kids are all back to school.. But looking forward to at least a week of Indian Summer and that will be followed by the best season of all....Fall....or as The EU people call it... autumn...

Feeling a bit on the sad side now that summer is over , the kids are all back to school.. But looking forward to at least a week of Indian Summer and that will be followed by the best season of all....Fall....or as The EU people call it... autumn... Yeah, summer basically gone, no Indian summer here, kids back to school... I used to like autumn too, but last couple of years it's often rain, overcast, storm winds, cold evenings --> heating on. With the current gas prices I had hoped to not need heating for another month at least. So far I'm managing :D

I’m proud of myself—I finished renovating my son’s room. My son came back and praised me for even fixing the external roller shutter; it works properly now and doesn’t slide down like it used to.

I'm feeling pretty pleased with my results... What a great feeling not having to grab for my glasses to see.. Absolutely great to be able to see properly! Enjoy! I had that after I'd had my eyes lasered when I was 35. So wonderful to open your eyes in the morning and see the world in full focus!

Feeling... happy the temperature allowed for shorts today! Not brilliant weather but temp was good. It's beginning to get a bit cooler now so soon I'll have to swap shorts for jeans.
