More fear mongering and hypocrisy coming from the left in Davos,Switzerland. As 100s of elitist morons fly their private jets to their annual meeting to bloviate about how they can “ save the earth” . They refuse to acknowledge the damage their annual retreat has on the very thing they are trying to save.all those jets equal the emissions of 300,000 cars driving . One of these morons was 13 miles away but flew his jet anyway. Al Gore was one of the attendees that went into a rant about how our oceans are boiling and our fertile farm lands can’t hold moisture….this coming from a former VicePresident that was worth about 2 million dollars when he left office. Now, because of his “committed effort” to save our planet he is worth 300 million dollars. It’s strange how someone who concerns hisself and his time with fixing the worlds environment for future generations could amass that much personal wealth. Compare that with MLK or Billy Graham or Mother Teresa or other figures that committed their time and effort to solve problems that would affect current and future generations. Never heard of them acquiring private jets or expensive mansions . I guess that’s the difference between actual humanitarians and liberal posers.

No comparison in my eyes , in ‘93 there was very little talk of global warming and no interest in condemning or banning fossil fuels. Mother Teresa wasn’t flying around and lecturing you to not fly and don’t use fertilizer for growing crops. But that’s exactly what they tell us at the WEF. I think there is a distinct difference between mother Teresa and Al Gore and their reasoning for doing what they did or are still doing in Al Gores case.

Ironically jets are slowing global warming buy leaving vapor trails that filter or block some of the sunlight traveling to earth. I highly doubt this is a planned part of the intention of flying there in a private jet, and it can cost up to $10k an hour to operate a private jet, I'm sure that money and fuel could be put to much better use. Time is precious and if you had the money to do it you would probably make the most out of your time here on earth too.

Contrails (clouds caused by air travel emissions) reflect shortwave (visible and ultraviolet) solar radiation back into space. They also trap longwave (infrared) radiation from the Earth. The net effect is a significant warming.

Cooler days and warmer nights, sounds like a win, win, to me. In the 1980's they told us we should stop eating butter and start eating margarine, it's made from vegetables so it must be good for you. We have since learned different. Many great things of the past have now been proven to be wrong, we have come a long way in the advancement of tools to read the weather along with a massive increase in the number of people on earth, the way we did things in the past have changed and the things we are doing now will change. It seems like many people are jumping on the "I told you so" wagon, even thou we know there will be changes in the future. As the permafrost melts it's releasing large quantities of methane, that combined with all the methane we release in our waste should be collected and used as fuel. It seems that we have things available that we are not taking advantage of that in return are causing more harm then good.

Spot on Bart. These are control freaks sworn to make us eat bugs. Gore is crying about good farmland the rich are buying and we are putting solar farms on. Yeah, they don't contribute heat do they? Plant trees to save the planet. Buncha stupid talking heads. Common sense. Must not be money in that. The weather gets warmer the climate is getting rougher, GOD has balances. And prophecies. Sorry to disappoint you Ward but JESUS is coming back.

but but but you peasants don't understand that they have to fly on private jets for their meeting. These environmentalist can't get together for dinner to eat caviar, lobster, prime rib and drink $500/bottles wine and $1000/bottle cognac if they met via Zoom. drinks
