I HAVE A 9 YEAR OLD SON JOE,HE IS MY BABY,WELL SINCE HE WAS 2 HIS FATHER

they might atleast know were you can find help because unless you gave
up your rights to the child he has to let you see your kid .

I went thru the same thing hon, I am so sorry you are going thru this.
My suggestion is contact a local church -Many churches have access to
lawyers who will take on your case "pro bono". When you win for him
taking your child across state lines-Have one of the stipluations be
that HE pay your legal fees. Some lawyers even offer free consultations
so you are not out of options dear. It is very hard I know but dont
panic-Your kids need you to keep a calm head about you and dont let
their father think he has the best of you. He's used to seeing you jump
when he says jump-take that out of his hands and
stand strong.He gains strength from seeing you weak -dont let him do it
any more.It will not be easy but well worth it.
Im living proof my ..kids came to live with me and then the shoe was on
the other foot.But I was not mean and I let my kids see
that It was not me being the impossible on to deal with.Now they are
gorwn and they cant get enuf of their mom.

Right off the bat, I need to put up a disclaimer:

"Laws and rights vary from state to state"; and
"I am NOT an Attorney".

That being said, I do work for a great firm with nine attorneys on
board; 4 are Partners and 5 are Associates. Almost every Family Law
attorney in this area charges a minimal consultation fee (my attorneys
charge $80).

I would suggest that you contact the original attorney who represented
you in your Custody procedure as he/she knows the facts of your
particular case. If they have any heart at all, they'll let you make
payments for their services while negotiating with your child father for
reasonable visitation and/or custody.

I know this isn't much to offer you, but it's based on my personal
knowledge anyway. Best of luck, Girlie ~ you're in my prayers, as is

Your Ex sounds like a douchebag. Did you ever do anything to make him
want to do this?

keep your head up contact every church or organizations and see if they
can help u. maybe u good do something for someone in the church and they
could help u with money. Show him who the boss is when it comes to your
son. Kids can not be replaced men can.

Get on line and find out how to file asap. Contact the sheriff, county
court house for advice also. I don't no the laws of CA, but this sort
of stuff usually has laws to prevent this behaivor on his part. Go get
him, and don't stop for nothing. Just use the law ok. Michel
