I know what you are going through my cousin just went through this crap
with her ex. And her and my Aunt went and got the kids from him. And it
was a 31 hour drive. But she hadn't seen them for 2 years. And she
finally got good money and everything else and got her kids back. If he
doesn't have legal custody of them you should be able to get him for
leaving state. I don't know the laws where you are but I am sure taking
him away from you is not going to look good in court. Because he is
looking out for his own good not the child and the judge will look at it
that way usually!! Good Luck and keep us posted on what is going on and

TO ANSWER STEVES QUESTION,NO I HAVENT,I LEFT HIM SOME YEARS BACK FOR
CHEATING ON ME WITH THE WOMAN HE NOW CALLS HIS WIFE,IT TOOK ATLEAST 5
YEARS FOR HER TO GROW UP AND BE CIVIL WITH ME.
AND SHE WEARS 'THE PANTS' IN THEIR RELATIONSHIP
HE DOES EVERYTHING HE IS TOLD,KINDA FUNNY ACTUALLY CAUSE I TREATED HIM
WAY BETTER,AND KEPT A WAY CLEANER HOUSE,AND COOKED REAL FOOD.
MOST OF THE COURT CRAP IS HER DOING I KNOW THIS BUT HAVE REMAINED NICE
JUST TO SEE MY SON,BE THE BIGGER PERSON IN ALL OF THIS.
SHE AND HIM HAVE TRIED TO PHASE ME OUT SLOWLY OVER THE YEARS,
THEY KEEP MOVING,ILL MOVE TO BE CLOSER TO JOE,BUT THIS TIME THEY MOVED
WERE I CANT GO,THE ONLY REASON IM THE WEEKEND PARENT IS,THEY USED MY
INCOME AT THE TIME AND MY LIVING SITUATION AGAINST ME,NOW MY INCOME IS
1000.00$ MORE AND IVE BEEN IN THE SAME PLACE FOR 4 YEARS,AND WITH WHAT
THEY JUST DID,IVE GOT A GOOD CASE,I REPRESENT MYSELF,I KNOW ALL THE
PROPER PAPERWORK,ITS THE FIGHT OVER MY CHILD I DONT WANT.

This is terrible I will keep you and your son in my thoughts and

OMG i am SO SORRY! i would die without my child! your ex is an ass to do
this to you!! thats just terrible! do you have joint custody? then he
shoudltn be able to leave tri-county with him legally.

It's hard to accept "what is right for the upbringing of the children
and their future" when we feel she did this to me or he did this to me.
Almost always men want the kids cause they can provide stability of home
and income and it's not aboput saving on child support because a lot of
guys still pay support to her and they have physical custody, not always
but usually. And its usually not done in revenge.

Women usually do it for loss of self, and for extra income and welfare
benefits and for revenge, "hell has no fury as a scorned woemn". They
never learned and were not taught"..and REVENGE is mine sayeth the Lord
thy GOD.....and not for the childrens benefit.

Thats one of many reasons why god says "he hates divorce" because it is
a SPIRTUAL gateway for hell and evil to thrive in negative and spiritual
warfare, between GODS creation MAN AND WOMEN.....
