Why Are You Here?

There are so many, that come to this site,
Some are here for love
Some, just for spite.
Some are here to make friends,
Some are here to make amends.
Some are here just to hate,
Some, hope to conjugate.
Some to hope to spread their wealth,
Not of riches, but of health.
Some hope to share a laugh
Just because that's all they have.

What I had hope to find,
Was like no other of it's kind.
The perfect love, that was for me,
Like no other, I had hoped to be.
She's everything, all rolled into one,
All I hoped for, under the sun.
I could not have found,
A love more true,
That the love I found
When I have met you.

So, I ask why are you here?
TO find love, without any fear.
Like I have shared to you my friends,
Or are you here to make amends?
Whatever your reasons, I hope you will see,
That life isn't short, for you or for me.

Why thank you, even though this is your first comment I have seen. I'm glad you liked my work. I am in the process of getting them all in a book and I have other projects in the works waiting for agents this New Year. I am keeping confident this is going to be my year to finally get recoginized.
