Work through your issues. Most issues go all the way back to childhood in origin and run our lives from the subconscious. 95% of our days are ran by programs in the subconscious and most of these are negative programs.
So dealing with your issues so these programs lose power. Apart from that start focusing on your strong suits and develop them further. Deal with limiting beliefs, thoughts, self-talk, which means first becoming aware of this. If you find it difficult you can find either a coach to help you or buy a book on working through low self-esteem and building self-confidence. There are tons of good self help books out there. And coaches too. |
