Hello there. I've been on here, off and on, for some months now and have had only a very few replies to any of my messages.

Some who have replied state that they can't see any photo's, yet I've had two photo's set up for some months now. I'm wondering whether or not there is some setting that isn't correct. I've sent a message to Support around 3 days ago but am still waiting on some reply.

Can you see my photo's? Is there anything that I should be doing more (or less) of in my profile?

I keep getting heaps of overseas likes but very few actually look at my profile and many of the replies are from ladies who are under 30, which isn't really relevant to me, being 60.

Even when some local ladies do look at my profile, they don't reply to me when I message them, although sometimes they have another look at my profile. This is an exercise in frustration.

Since you had added a new photo they have to be approved before others can see them.. They have been approved now..

And as far as who contacts you it is best to set your filters by age not just female. The way you have it set, anyone can contact you therefore you will get a lot of young ones.

And nothing can be done about the ones that do not respond..

The other photo is better to use as profile photo as it better shows your face, especially important when it's a thumbnail.

The rest is okay. It might prove to be a problem that you're still married.

Thanks for all your comments, everyone. I'm still married, yes, but in name only. We did the financial split through the Family Court over a year ago. All that is left now is the actual divorce itself, although that is merely a formality. There are 900 kilometres between us and there is no contact now.

Still... as you say, Crystal... not done yet...
