Democracy has been around a long time ....and will be there after we are gone ... I am more concerned with my own survival , if if it means giving up freedom for a decent woman .... so be it !! I wonder if she really thinks ,democracy , is being practiced the way it was meant to be ??

It's frighteningly hanging on by a thread and no, it's only been around for a few hundred years. Authoritarianism is more prevalent. We can't relax our guard especially when some law makers are corrupt and putting party over country. All they want is to stay in office and keep power. Don't even think about giving up your freedom for any reason, FOR ANY REASON. It's all we have really. Your survival is directly linked to democracy, believe that. No! It's definitely not, it saddens me. Hopefully justice will prevail, we can get some criminals out of the public eye, and heal. I wonder if he ate breakfast yet

I wonder, would she believe, the situation in Ireland is the same. Democracy should mean, power to the people. But it is only power held by a capitalist elite ... I even had dinner already. I wonder, could I ever hear her voice again?
