Why can't you see who visits your page? It's free..are you not looking? Clearly, can't see your point of view neither You said “I’ve not been able to even see my profile visitors” when you can. All members can see who viewed their profile. Are you a He or a She? It’s obvious. You can tell by the silhouette that it’s a she.

it may mean,no one viewed his profile yet ,@at Alfred in case I'm right...try initiating the chat to the person ur interested with,view profiles too.Welcome to M2
