I can’t send message it’s like error

Sorry that is no Error. The site has put in a New Program unless you have a Profile Picture you can not send emails, until you have complied with the Site Rules and load a Profile Picture you will not be able to send messages.. This was put in place in order to eliminate many Scammer/Fake Profiles. Forum Admin Kristi
