Sorry that is no Error. The site has put in a New Program unless you have a Profile Picture you can not send emails, until you have complied with the Site Rules and load a Profile Picture you will not be able to send messages.. This was put in place in order to eliminate many Scammer/Fake Profiles. Forum Admin Kristi why can't I change where I live at? I don't live in Millwood... I live in Spokane Valley Washington.

Until you load a Profile picture that is within the rules you will not be able to email others.. Pictures must be a clear picture of the member. Forum Admin Kristi I can't send messages, it keeps say that you reviewing my picture. I don't want anyone to think that I'm ignoring them by now answering them back.
