<----------use to be a one at a time dater!! Don't get me wrong, I think its a great thing to do. BUT I don't see whats so wrong with just going to dinner?
Heres the deal..how can you actually say its wrong to go out to dinner with friends? They are just friends! What if you are not really dating them? I don't consider myself dating anyone..I am single and I like the single life. ALL I want if friendship...UGGG huh

I've made a decision and not sure yet if it's going to backfire on me. I posted a personal on craigs list and i am on plenty of fish as well. I have 2 dates on Sunday, one with a girl my age she responded to my craigs list add, we have a lot in common, and then later in the night with a 21 year old girl that seems pretty cool, but we may not have too much in common. Another girl responded to my craigslist ad, she seems pretty cute too, 24 year old girl going to med school and she has a lot of the same interests as me, if we keep on talking i will ask her on a date as well. Need the future doctor to take care of me, hahaha

several, because its partly a numbers game.

many girls don't even answer the phone the majority of the time for many, many reasons, even if you have gotten them to previously invest a heavy amount of emotion into you. always have a plan B, C, D, E, F, and so on...

many flake out on dates for many, many reasons.

also, if you date several women at once, you are coming from a position of abundance instead of a position of scarcity. this will reflect in your attitude and it will be more attractive and less creepy.

One at a time, you don't want to call one girl some name when it's not her name do ya? lol

#1 rule when dating more than one person at a time: Always use the "honey, baby, darlin" rule. Never use their name. Just call them honey, or babe, or darlin... that way you never get it wrong!!

Steven, you seem to get very involved very quickly when you date someone. If you think you can date more than one person at a time, go for it. But I disagree about telling each of them upfront that you are "seeing others". You can say upfront that you are not ready for an exclusive relationship but to say you are dating others can be hurtful to some and a challenge to others. Early on it is none of their business.

Good Luck!!

I date several ladies, most of them have met. I admit I have a date with whomever, if asked. Most of the time, I just say; "I'm busy then, but am free (whenever)."
I always say, I am not looking for a relationship.
Multiple dating for me is a don't ask, unless you want the truth thing.
All of these ladies like the arrangement & it just seems to work.
Good company, get some great meals, I help them with thngs around their homes & they help me with the things, I am not good at. Taught me to iron, again; spots in clothes, decorating; etc.

I would say it depends on what you are seeking, an arrangement like oldsage has with his lady friends or something more long-term. Either way, be honest about it with all concerned.flowerforyou

I was told by one friend on here that I should give a single rose (not red) on the first date. I think it's a good idea, but that just makes me a little nervous and seem too desperate. Does anyone else suggest this?

Really, I would wait on the rose, and definitely not red, until the second date. The only thing your expected to bring on the first date is your manners........and your wallet:wink:
