Okay, so you're looking for friendship and/or intimate encounter.
For friendship a bit more info is needed about you and what kind of person you're looking for.

And even for intimate encounter it is handy to specify what kind of person. To be honest for sex relationship you sometimes need to be more clear than for a love relationship as everyone has a fine understanding of what that would look like. A sex relationship can take many more shapes and forms: a different person each time, one person exclusive, any age or your age, or older or younger, or don't you care? To name a few things.
Do you also want to do fun stuff, like go out, day trips or whatever...

I think you left a lot of things open. A vagueness, I'm guessing that you are encouraging conversation from prospective suitors. As for the rest. I believe if it's honest, you have a good start.
