spank her butt, put her outside or in her kennel for at least 15 minutes

They have sprays you can buy to take the smell and odor out of the bed they have marked there spot. Just because you no longer can smell it believe me they can. bigsmile

i do get after her for it... can't leave her outside rozey pugs are very sensitive to the outdoors.... it doesn't help either that i work nights and have to sleep during the day so i can't always keep an eye on her.

She's responding to your scent. When you sleep you roll around, and sweat. They can smell you through laundering your sheets. Try putting a perfume that you don't normally use on your sheets.

Not really sure which one is the best have found out by going to Petsmart to they normaly know the products that do work the best also now vinger is amazing at taking smells and odors out of things used it in the microwave when daugher burned popcorn in there the clear vinger took all the smell out in no time so that might work as well might be worth trying.bigsmile

Please never spank a dog. They don't get it. Don't let your dog sleep with you until she's potty trained. Get a crate that's just big enough for her to stand up and turn around in. This is so the dog won't use one end as a bathroom. She's going to have to go to the bathroom about every 3 hours until she learns to hold it. If you put the crate in your bedroom and get some ear plugs, she'll learn to hold it over night. Don't use pee pads either. It just shows them that it's okay to go in the house. Use an enzyme based cleaner to clean up any accidents. The first 6 months are the hardest. I have 2 Boston Terriers and one of them is still in training. Good luck!

PS Most dogs sleep 15 hours a day.

Is she doing it when you leave her? Separation anxiety disorder is common. Vinegar takes out the urine in the mattress. When you leave close her off in a part of the house that you can clean easily and when you get home ignore her for the first twenty minutes or so after you come in the door. Believe it or not the ignoring works, i did not believe it at first but it works. My dog did both number one and number two in my bed when I left her but closing her off to a certain part of the house and ignoring her when I first got home for about twenty minutes or so works.flowerforyou
