The answer depends on what you’re looking to get from the site. The forums, as you will have seen, have lots of different topics and threads within those headings. You can post on any of the threads, or indeed start a new one as you did here.

Hello again Erik . My advice is to trust no one until they have earned your trust . I am sure you will have received lots of messages .. treat them like a Trojan horse

The forums are an easy way to get to know other regulars and have a bit of a laugh . . Though only a small percentage of users post in the forums ., many who do not post still read the forums and may use something you have posted as an icebreaker .

If you find you are inundated with messages from people you have no interest in . Set your filters . You can reduce who is able to contact you that way .., . My advice is to be proactive .,Search , read profiles and contact those you are interested in . Mutual match is just a game so if you get lots of likes and feel frustrated you cannot see who liked you .. ignore them . Everyone can make contact directly (unless blocked by filters). Be wary of those trying to rapidly lure you off site .

Most importantly have a laugh and embrace the international community that is mingle
