It's almost 5 years ago, but I still celebrate this very day

It feels like having a 'heavy' heart because you got hurt, and in many cases people experience some form of rejection.
The reason you feel crap is because you get disconnected from you inner Self, your own essence. And whenever you get disconnected from that you will feel out of whack.
That's also when you feel out of sorts because of other things in life: disconnected from your essence.

Difference with a love relationship gone wrong is that we put much more value to that. It means more to us than anything else in the world. For some it even IS their world.

But in time you feel better, or better said, you CAN feel better. it's a choice. Some prefer to revel in feeling miserable. That's not heartache anymore but ego-ache.

I protect my heart ! I feel good !
