Seems the forecast was correct: sun went away a few mins ago and clouds cover the sky, having this typical thunder/rain/bad news colour, and the wind is picking up. Hope that we won't get too much rain! Would mean closing the door and it's still stinking hot indoors. (26,5C indoors!) Scotland is nice and sunny…not too hot but England has been having a lot or rain today. Glad you have sun! I've seen the England thing on Tim Whild's vid from this morning. He always does them in his garden, unless it's really bad. You could see and hear it on the leaves of the tree he was sat under, and on his sweater, haha. I don't mind too much to get some rain as the soil was getting dry as a bone. All my newly planted stuff needs the water, as does my hedge. And some cool air is also nice. Tomorrow's not going to be grand, but I believe after that we'll get nice weather again.

21C cloud cover. Doesn't feel warm anymore and inside temp has dropped to a meagre 21,5C as well now.

Upstairs was horrible (no roof insulation) and I put my winter duvet back on the bed, just in case. Only taken it off some 3 days ago :/ I also hope I don't have to turn on the heating but I'm not going to sit here and semi-freeze either. Sometimes just 0,5C higher is enough to get the chill out of the air. Let's hope we both get away without!

I did put the heating up later in the evening. Only 0,5C but did make a helluva difference! Also in the bedroom. Really gets that chill out of the air. 20C sun and clouds, N - NW wind
