I Googled it (Findhorn). That's quite the bay! But also, I had no idea Findhorn was that large hihi. Logical but still. I always figured it was some hippie community that grows crops in an amazing way, and that's it. Quite self-explanatory that something well-known grows into a tourist thing. Silly me, lol. I wished I could go for 6 weeks when I go Scotland, dreamy sigh... By and large Crystal, the residents do look like hippies and they are a friendly bunch of people. They have a shop which I’ve bought a few things from and each time I’ve been it’s been fairly busy. |

Possibly, but I didn't save the one you sent me in my photos. It got a sunny as I was leaving, so I thought it was the one I took at Rye Beach, maybe my phone save it, lol. Okay... Here's one that is for sure Hampton Beach   |

Browsing the Findhorn website to see what & how and prices for B&B etc etc.
Bumped into this 'hippie' / spiritual centre thing: Vegan/vegetarian meals. My reaction --->  I so dislike that everything spiritual has to force vegetarian down your throat. So if i go there and spend the night I will have to find one that serves bacon & eggs in the morning and a decent meal for dinner Sorry for going off-topic, Kitkat... |

Yes, gotta agree with you...don’t know why everyone thinks spiritualism should go hand in hand with vegetarianism 🤷♀️ I will just get in touch with you by the time I'm going to Scotland :p I find the whole thing rather confusing, for instance having 2 Findhorn thingies 5 miles apart... And yeah, the no meat thing... I had that too when I had that NYE event 2 yrs ago at a spiritual centre. It included dinner, also vegetarian. It a lot of tofu -yuk- which is not healthy at all. (unfermented soy, plus soy contains a lot of Omega 6 which is also very unhealthy) Anywho... I'm beginning to get more interested in it! OT - me in Panama City, Florida, with its beach in the background. That was in February and it was stinking cold! I only took my woolly hat off for the photo, hihi. Still kinda weird when I think about it: having been in Florida and freezing my bum off!

A bad storm in January 2008 resulted in the Ro Ro Ferry Riverdance ending up on one of our local beaches in Cleveleys near Blackpool, everyone had been airlifted off in the rescue. The ship was hit with another storm a few days later and ended up on her side, sadly she could not be refloated and was broken up where she lay. This is LONG time ago, a li'l beach nostalgia... I must've been 17 or 18
It's kind of like a story.... At the beach with my then boyfriend and 2 friends. Me topless in those days, for no other reason really than that no one else did it, grin. But of course not topless in photos... So here's me sitting... see the towel to the left of me, brown & white... It's part of the story.  Standing up with the towel wrapped around me.... (too bad the photo has two fingertips on it :'( ) Feeling totally good until...  ... the towel began to slip OMG! I did NOT want my boobs in the photo, haha. I'm still laughing out loud now as I can still remember that moment, feeling the towel slip, hihi. Quite amazing my BF managed to capture that split second of "Help?!!" on my face.  |
