That sux! I do remember the days when my kids were toddlers and I picked up everything from them. Horrible! Kind of like one ongoing sinus infection hihi.
Try tapping the middle of the chest on the breastbone regularly, that is right above the heart on the thymus. That helps get blood to & through the thymus and wake it up and stimulates it to get the immune system going. Thymus is major part of that!
Doing that -among others- has gotten me through the pandemic and other viruses that are whizzing round. ***fingers crossed!***

Happy, I went to the mall for a couple pairs of jeans and a pretty sweater. I so love when I go there with a purpose and it works out perfectly. I found two pairs of jeans and three pretty sweaters, all within an hour... and I saved $80 with the sales. WooHoo!!!

OT Feeling good

You see all this great food in this clip, beef rib the size of your face (!!!) and then that's not all she eats, no, there's a bucket size container of macaroni with I assume cheese as well. Holy cow... How does a nation get fat?
Then this dude who gets his 'good' meal on a tray... the amount is what can serve some 4 people? I'd like to see him in 10 yrs time, lol.
I couldn't help it, my jaw dropped as I was watching this... literally, not as the form of speech, hihi.

The meat does look absolutely delicious though, and I DO mean delicious!!! So don't watch it when you're already hungry, hahaha.

Happy I was able to get out of work early.

I feel really good, but I am a little narked at the mo that I find a book I really want and I cannot get it anywhere except on Amazon, grrrrrrrrr... I hate Amazon for catering only for Americans and simply not accepting PayPal. Americans have credit cards, Dutch people don't, we have bank cards.
Not even Bookdepository in the UK has it anymore, which is unusual.

Sigh...


Other than that upset I feel great. Walked a bit longer, sun is shining, now time for coffee!

Ha! I decided to try the Dutch Amazon. I never use that. Usually Dutch version have different assortment, and last time I checked Amazon.nl it had like 3 books.
But my girl told me that had changed AND that it accepts Ideal, which is normal online bank payment!
So... I GOT MY BOOK!!! It will arrive next week. Some books I want paper versions of.
Now I feel totally 100% great!
