Happy I went back to the chiropractor. The issues I'm having with my legs/knees and one foot are definitely from my spine being out of alignment again. Major tightness around some vertebrates and in my neck. It's not as bad as it was in December/January, but had I not gone back, it would have gotten progressively worse. Aside from feeling happy about going back, I feel pretty frustrated and sore. I have things to do and these dang legs aren't cooperating.

Really good! Had a great phone conversation with my mum. Now have to 'land' a bit as it's almost midnight so my mind has to get out of gear again, hihi.

Glad I got to leave a little early today. It was a busy morning and after stocking and organizing the beer cooler, I needed a break.

My head has cleared up again it seems, thank goodness!!

Totally enthusiastic about these shampoo and conditioner bars I just found via FB.
Bars, so no plastic, totally free from any crap, vegan, and various scents available. Made in Holland, and very affordable.
Helluva lot cheaper than the shampoo & conditioner I now buy from Maria Nila, also because all others bothered me.
So I'm going to try these bars and also help Mother Earth to actively reduce plastic. And to be adventurous and try something which is entirely new to me! In a way makes me feel like going back to the old days when people didn't have plastic bottles with crap shampoo either.
I like it!!
I'm gonna order rose scent for both shampoo & conditioner. I rose!!

Feel like telling Crystal I just checked some of them out and they look great. I've been getting goat milk soaps from the little town we went for the weekend. I'm loving the all natural and no crap stuff in them. I believe I'd like the shampoo bars as well.

Will do! I'm hopeful :) I needed the bloody expensive stuff as my hair was falling out, likely due to hormone changes, and it got so bad that normal shampoo & conditioner made it worse.
The only one that worked was the Maria Nila. Absolutely top quality, but the price is too.
These bars should be similar as in vegan, no silicon, no parabene, no nothing crap like Maria Nila, just a helluva lot cheaper AND no plastic bottles :)

Anywhere we can get a good, healthy product without crap packaging that damages the Earth we should go for it, hihi. Especially when it's very affordable :) Apparently 1 bar lasts as long as 3-4 bottles!!

The Happy Soaps also have deodorant bars. I may give those a whirl. I've been thinking about that for some time, healthy deodorant, as the spray cans have aluminum in them and each time you use them you get that in your body and it accumulates in the cells and liver...
