..but when I go to my mailbox,there is nothing to see,how do I delete the unseen messages?

I had this happen to me a few days ago. I put it down to a glitch in the system as I too, couldn’t see the new message. The notification disappeared after several hours.

for the last several days I have had NO new E-mails showing. But when I go to my mail I do indeed have new mail.

Many times when it shows you have unread messages but you can not find them... you will need to start with the first e-mail open it for a second then close it go to the next and do the same..
For some reason at times there is a glitch and it shows you have not read the message even tho you have.. I have found by opening them up one at a time it seems to catch up and clears the number of messages you have.. Hope this helps.. Forum Admin Kristi |

One time I had mail in my box that I couldn't read. It turned out that it was mail from several days before that I overlooked. Try going back through old mail.

Forum Admin Kristi THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO DO the most common reason, after mail that got deleted along with it's sender by admin is that while you were typing and sending a response to someone, they sent another message. so it is buried by your message but since you di not open the mail after it was sent to you, it shows up as new mail |

Yes,but still no luck... I have sent Screen Shots to show them it shows you have Mail and no matter what that number will not go away... As soon as Keith gets on later he will see it and send it to the IT Guy to look to see what needs to be done... So give it 24-48 hours to see if they can clear it for you.. Forum Admin Kristi |
