Hello,
I keep seeing unread mail notification on the top menu, but I don't see any new mail in my Inbox. This has happened before, But usually goes away after a day. But now it just rising in number and not showing me any new mail. Please fix the issue. Thank you. |

It is possible that someone messaged you whilst you were composing a message so check your latest messages in case that is what happened.
Also, if a member sent you a message and then deactivated, you will not see the message as that goes with them. Di Site Moderator |

I received a message from a member that deactivated there account however I was able to read the message that they sent despite there account being deactivated. I have proof.

hardrock, that is the difference between the user deactivated themselves (mail stays) and mingle deactivated them for being bad(mail disappears)

I received a message from a member that deactivated there account however I was able to read the message that they sent despite there account being deactivated. I have proof. If a member is banned by Admin and they delete the e-mails they will disappear from your e-mails but you will still see their pic like there is a e-mail. When you open up the e-mail it will be blank.. If Admin bans them and does not delete their e-mails you will still see them just will not be able to respond to them for they will be deactivated..Which in fact you will receive a pop up saying that member is Deactivated. If a Member Deactivates themselves e-mails will remain, you just can not e-mail them back till they reactivate their account. Forum Admin Kristi |

How can remove unread msg from inbox
|

Check the box preceding their name,
then go to the bottom and click 'Delete Selected'. Or, click on their mail and do the same. |
