Topic: What r u thinking about right now?? - part 73 | |
---|---|
Thinking... what a start of the day! Waking up, my driveway completely blocked by the large Mercedes bus of the man who's renovating at the neighbours. Great! Now what? I decide to wait till 11 as sometimes he walks back and forth to the bus to get stuff. I could ask him then, the man is okay even though the neighbour is an aggressive c*nt. Also the reason I'm not going over there to ask. After an hour still nothing so I phone police department for parking. Does give me more stress as I hate trouble and conflict. They are here quickly and after a while they ring my doorbell. I explain my side, why I didn't go over to ask. If someone has threatened me I'm not going over to ask something. They understand. The man of the bus walks by to move his bus and asks why I didn't just ask him. I tell him the same thing about the neighbour. I tell him I would've asked him had I seen him. He seems to be understanding, isn't angry either, nor am I. I don't need more chit in my life. In any case, I can relax again. The good thing is that another neighbour who's been parking his camper or car partly in front of my driveway (had argument with him about it in the past) is outdoors. Nosy Parker, haha. But it means he also knows I mean business when my driveway is obstructed. But I do not fancy this chit in the morning. Too much stress, my body reacts to that right away. Sorry for the tome, had to get it out of my system. So glad it was an amicable outcome |

Had the owner of the bus been my neighbour I would've just walked over to ask. Anywho, it's over and yes, without more trouble :) |

Thinking the first weekend in October is the perfect time to spend a few days on Mt. Desert Island. It will be their peak time for fall colors and the temperatures will be mid to upper 60's, not too hot, not too cold.

There's three things I absolutely want to do... ride a horse drawn carriage on one of the scenic routes, go on a scenic cruise, and visit the lighthouse. Most of the events are cancelled, so it will be mostly a scenic vacation and most likely exploring the little stores in town. I found a lovely affordable cottage to stay at too, yay! |

You can walk out to Bar Island during low tide from the West Street Town Pier. Whale watching on the Margaret Todd Schooner was relaxing via Downeast Windjammer Cruise on Newport Drive. Cool As A Moose is a cute store. OMG almost forgot about that. HAHAHA. Im thinking I wanna go back to Bar Harbor. |

I thought of whale watching but will most likely do that in Rye, NH. The Windjammer cruise looks inviting, I'll check that out more. Thanks! :) That would be awesome if you could go, maybe some day we can go together. |
