Our company had a name change cause it partnered with another company earlier this year so Today was the day for the Christmas bonus last year we got pretty good one so I kind of expected maybe more cause things were looking up, well I get this silver foot long box 2 inches wide and not even an inch deep inside was a very nice note telling us, the employees, what a great year it was and our bonus was a stainless steel, engraved with company logo, carving knife and fork set.
Not that I am being ungratful but I was expecting more

well since i own the company my christmas bonus is enough work to keep all my people employed for another year.

I have worked at about 5 different places and all had given cash or certifacate bonuses I didn't realize that alot of places just don't give anything...that is sooo wrong

I think its pretty rare to fine one that does,but I have never been any where that I have got any thing but a card but it dont matter to me,my bonus is that I still have a job

The last place I worked gave a $100 Christmas bonus but you were notified about it on your December 24th check and then you recieved the actual bonus January 9th .

Many years ago I used to work for a doctor that gave us 2 weeks pay as a Christmas bonus. Never received one from any other company, but occasionally my bosses would give me a little gift certificate. Not many places give bonuses at Christmas.

I bet you that all managers and hire ups get a Christmas bonus.
