why is it that when u meet someone they alawys have secrets and hide them from you?

Depends on what is considered a secret.. Personally I think so things are just not anyone's business if it was before them.. I used to think differently and shared everything with my ex.. Then every time I turned around he'd throw something in my face that had nothing to do with him... So I realized that some things just aren't important enough to give people that power to hurt your feelings..

everyone has secrets..if we didnt, we would be very uninteresting. the fun part of meeting someone is revealing their secrets and discovering who they are. we cant possibly know all there is to know about another person. but what a concept..a life with out secrets...all the things we would learn!

why is it that when u meet someone they alawys have secrets and hide them from you? Secrets carry the weight of shame, embarrassment and humiliation. Regardless, of the secret you have to feel safe to share it and the person you share it with has to be mature enough to understand that everybody has a closet. I do not want anyone in my closet and, as much as we like to think that we don't keep secrets, you do.....no one is perfect |

well why do they gotta tell u secrets? and are they hiding them? i think not u gotta learn someone good enough to share things and u dont share things right when u meet them... doesnt mean they are hiding them it just means noneya business at this point in your relationshsip

don't pay attention to anything these people say, they say that, but their secrets go deeper than, what they are letting on, and in most cases, you might not want that person in your life, anyone that excuses keeping secrets cannot be trusted, regardless.

Everyone has their secrets and everyone has a past. Thats what makes people interesting. Mystery intrigues people. Wouldn't you get bored with someone after awhile if you knew absolutely everything about them from the start? Learning new things about people...good and bad...keep things exciting.
