If you ever dream that you have been pushed off a cliff, then I know which Mingle2 member to blame.

Twice I have dreamed about 2 different Minglers. Once on one of my ghost hunts I met a lady who was the spitting image of a Mingler. Needless to say I dreamed about her that night. Can't tell you what the dream was about because I am a gentleman and the dream was X rated. The other Mingler I dreamed about was a day dream. I saw myself going to meet her and after the warm hello's and hugs I saw myself at the bottom of a cliff. laugh

If, for any reason, anyone's dreams include
inexplicable flashes to gnomes pooping in their
yards... Gnomes hiding one of their shoes...
Hiding their toilet paper... Sitting in their kitchen,
leaving a potato chip mess. (gnomes get hungry)
Taking the batteries out of your remote.

Or, possibly even knocking your cat up.

I summarily and categorically deny,
having had anything to do, with your
weird-azz dreams.

Seriously, folks.
That chit's all your own doings.

BUT what if the gnome was wearing a funyun.....could you deny your part in that????spock could you?

Was said gnome, also wearing house slippers,
and Mickey Mouse ears?

It makes a difference...

I mean, the Mickey Mouse ears,
are a traditional part of my gnome uniform.

Its entirely possible.
The being on Mingle 2 too much.

I would think if you dream of M2, it will be of typed text.
I've read some novels and dreamed of typed text.

Regular dreams but with typed text inserted randomly that makes no sense when you wake and remember.
Like driving a car down the road and the bridge is made of typed text.
Weird stuff like letters piled on the ground like leaves.

If you run scenarios of what you read here, your dreams might have parts with profile pics randomly inserted in other aspects of your imagined scenarios interlaced with random memories.

Memory functions by association.
Dreaming assigns memories to other memories so you can access it faster.
Like the memory of the smell of baked bread stirs up memories of grandma's house when you were growing up which stirs a memory of her front door and the sound of her wind chimes on the porch. Which in turn stirs a memory of fall wind rustling leaves that stirs the memory of fallen leaves after a rain and so on.

The brain works in weird ways and every stimuli we experience is a memory as well as how we felt at the time and the sounds, smells and tactile sensations. Its all memories. Memories that get associated to other memories when we dream.

I read once that the human mind is able to store every sensation we experience every moment of each day.
We just can't normally access it.
Some people can. Some without memory training.
I use memory training.
I have a great memory but I am not able to recall every single detail about everything.

I know if I saturate my brain with a particular stimuli, I dream about it.
When I recall my dreams, I can access some of those memories too.
I may not be able to tell you word for word what was written in the threads at M2 but I know the gist of what I read.
I may not remember the exact url of a website I visted years ago but I know it exists and how to search for it.

Someone should write an "If You" on Mingle 2 Junkies.

If You dream about M2 forums, you may be a M2 junky.
If your desktop background image is a screenshot of M2 forums, you may be a M2 junky.

That kinda thing.
Might be fun if everyone contributes.
