I'm doing the same. I'm happy it kind of sorted itself out after I seriously got it out of whack 2 weeks ago. But it's still not how it should be. I have a muscle that runs along the spine and scapula that is very upset every time. And you use it each time you do something with your arm. I suspect some thoracic vertebrae aren't moving properly. Not the first time. Maybe I should think about making an osteo appointment... I need it and this situation isn't going to clear up any time soon. |

Thank you, and yes, you're right. Problem is transport... I could ask my son but he's not the most reliable person in the world to make appointments with, chuckle. My girl doesn't go in for work of course, but she has to work at home and can get phone calls etc every minute. Danged problem, and I'm not keen on taking the bus. You fussy spring clean lady, hahaha. Are you a Virgo?

There's even less buses than usual and my most direct one to town has been canceled. Resulting in a taxi bus, overlay and waiting outside, walking an effing long distance, the same when going back. Basically impossible. And I don't really trust going by bus now either... So I'm super happy! |
